Do you provide a softphone with Voice Message Meet?

Yes. Every user in the Voice Message Meet platform gets their own softphone, for Android, iPhone and computer desktop.

Can I have softphone-only users?

Absolutely. Just reach out to our Sales Team using the form below for any special requests or questions.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. You will be billed monthly for your service. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please reach out to our Sales Team.

Am I signing up under a contract?

You have a choice in pricing options with sprightly. Depending on your business needs, you can dictate the terms and choose between our month-to-month or annual contract plan. We believe you’ll love sprightly so much that you’ll be interested in saving even more money with the annual plan. With the month-to-month option, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Can I use a desk phone?

Absolutely. While many customers find that they can reduce their need for physical desk phones with our softphone and mobile apps, sprightly does support a wide variety of SIP-based phones. Can I make and receive international calls?

You can place your calls with sprightly all over the world. Our international rates are some of the lowest in the industry. Please contact our Sales Team if your company has international teams that need a phone service.

Do you support faxing?

We do. Each month you’ll get a balance of 100 pages (inbound and outbound) before you incur any additional fees ($0.05/page after the limit is reached). At the beginning of each month, your page balance is recharged back to 100.

Do you support SMS/MMS?

Yes. sprightly Voice offers both SMS and MMS. Streamline communications and customer engagement with quick and effective messaging supported by business SMS. This integrated internal system allows anyone to text using a business identity—even from a personal device.

sprightly Voice Message Meet cloud based phone system comes with everything you need.  We will make the transition to your new phone system as painless as possible for you.

Best Practice Design Session – we work with you on the phone system design, go over best practice options, and answer any questions you may have about the new system.

Complete Setup – All hardware is configured and tested to ensure 100% functionality when you receive the phones.

14 Days of Support – After you receive the phones, you have unlimited support from sprightly for 14 days. We know that switching phone systems can be a big project, so we are here to help you through the entire process.

E911 – We will set up (1) Kari’s Law / Ray Baum Act compliant e911 phone number for emergency services.

Phone Number Porting Assistance – We will guide you through the process of moving your phone numbers to the sprightly telephone systems solution.
